OKSEF needs Volunteers to make our events happen, here is a list of what is needed.

36 Judges
36 Referees
2 Score keepers
6 Pit crew
9 Video camera operators
3 Registration crew
6 Runners
20 to 30 General helpers

The general helpers will be involved with setup Friday night and clean up Saturday.

Friday
8:00 PM to 10 setup
Saturday
7:30 to 8:00 check in
8:00 to 8:30 judge/referee/pit crew training
9:10 to 11:55 judging
Lunch 12:00 PM to 12:30 PM
12:35 to 1:00 Opening and JRFLL awards
1:00 to 3:30 robot rounds
4:00 to 6:00 closing,tear down and cleanup
